Team Overview: The Latin America (LATAM) Finance Business Performance Management (BPM) team serves as dedicated finance business partners to our LATAM Regional Sales, Construction, Service, and Manufacturing operations. We are an internationally diverse team, located in multiple countries across the region, focusing on Performance Management, Business Finance, Business Controlling, and Finance Business Partnering.
Responsibilities: Act as the primary financial expert and business partner to the LAT Service Sales team.Forecast and control margins for the LAT Service Sales portfolio based on new contract captures, renewal contracts, and transactional sales.Assist in the development and analysis of relevant information for business cases.Support in optimizing the Sales Service performance across the LAT area.Manage commercial offers (review, support, and validation).Review contracts during the sales phase for wording, clauses, and consistency.Oversee cost management and consolidation of databases used in commercial offers.Validate and review actual costs.Conduct guarantees assessment with corporate peers.Plan cash flow in multiple currencies.Estimate inflation impacts in both inflows and outflows during the sales phase.Monitor KPIs: Service Order Intake, Risks & Opportunities, Margins, Average selling price, Market share, Profitability, Backlog.Provide financial guidance to the sales structure.Prepare and manage monthly forecast meetings with Sales directors.Engage with corporate stakeholders.Qualifications: Master's degree with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related subject.5 years of experience in a similar position focused on project or business controlling.Significant financial experience in project cost controlling, cost analysis, and business performance management.Solid systems skills including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in SAP BI, SAP BPC.Strong proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, German, or Danish are beneficial.We expect that you have: Great collaborative skillset and ability to coordinate across functions.Curious mind with solid investigative abilities.Ability to identify value-adding changes.Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Commitment to honesty, confidentiality, and integrity.Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.About Vestas: Vestas is the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions, specializing in designing, manufacturing, installing, and servicing wind turbines.
