Introduction Are you a tech savvy lawyer looking for your next challenge to transform legal service delivery? If so, we are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and passionate Solutions Consultant to join our Latam Legal Platform Value Proposition Team.

You will be expected to have a background in legal work, be a creative thinker with an understanding of relevant industry technologies including GEN AI application, and be able to design solutions to complex legal process problems.

You will be expected to become a product expert and evangelist, understanding clients' needs in depth and building strategic relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels across the legal business.

About the Role Contribute to the development and expansion of suitable value propositions for each segment, to drive business growth and enable local teams to successfully deliver. Present the added value of TR products to a variety of internal and external audiences, from decision makers to end users and mid-levels. Understand the business and operational objectives that the potential client has and recommend a solution that ensures optimal use and utilization of the products and services. Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations. Have a detailed understanding of the functionality and technology of the product range. Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) at a detailed and professional level (functional and technical). Enable cross area training. Ensure that all materials such as presentations and demonstrations are kept up to date. Leverage Global Thomson Reuters experience and your IT knowledge to support and deliver suitable service. Build and maintain effective communications with internal and external customers. Proactively track requirements and concerns. About You Bachelor's degree or master's degree in law, technology or related field or equivalent experience (Desirable). Passion for technology and the ability to convince clients about the benefits of digital transformation and new ways of working. Strong customer focus. Good knowledge of SaaS applications, Legal Software ecosystem and market trends. Communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate the value of the product and interpretation of the client's needs. Advanced English and Portuguese (mandatory). Interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to a high-profile audience. Learning mindset and keeping up with changes. Ability to work remotely as part of a global team and autonomously, demonstrating initiative and proactivity. Must be open-minded, flexible, and creative regarding time management and scheduling.
