We are currently seeking a meticulous and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Concierge/Detailer at Mercedes-Benz. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing top-notch vehicle detailing services and delivering personalized assistance throughout their service visits.
Responsibilities: Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of Mercedes-Benz vehicles to meet or exceed company standards. Utilize specialized tools and products to clean, polish, and protect vehicle surfaces, including paint, upholstery, and glass. Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance. Greet customers upon arrival, assess their service needs, and provide guidance on available options. Communicate effectively with service technicians and advisors to ensure seamless coordination of vehicle services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including detailing bays and customer waiting areas. Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
