ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Act as a direct support to our team of Service Advisors in the following capacities: Be the primary contact for our inbound phone callsAct as a liaison to Service Advisor by obtaining client information and primary concernsAssist in scheduling Service appointmentsCommunicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experienceFollow-up with clients after Service is complete to ensure exceptional experienceShow capacity and interest in learning the following: Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommended course of actionArrange appropriate alternate transportation for clientsGenerate repair orders and estimatesThoroughly explain completed work and chargesQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
