Serves as a liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Parts personnel, Technicians and Warranty Administration
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibly help Mercedes-Benz owners care for their cars and maintaining their vehiclesEstablishes a critical and ongoing relationship with Mercedes-Benz owners.Inspect vehicles and apply proper resources (vehicle history, key reader etc,) to accurately identify and verify vehicle mileage and service needs.Assist in customer retention for both sales and service by providing a premium after sales experience for each client.Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients, identify repeat repairs for expeditious conclusion in customers best interests.Maintain continuous contact with customers ensuring expeditious and informed updates of their services.Responsibly promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories.Write and verify accurate repair orders and include supporting documentation.Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications.Meet requirements of state and federal law for automobile repair and consumer protection.QualificationsPrior experience as a service advisor a plusTechnical knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles a plus, but is not required to perform job role.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in using basic office software, computers and phone systems.Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Ability to work Monday to Friday and have a valid driver's license.All potential employees subject topre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen.What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package (Medical, PTO, 401k)Training and development opportunities to advance your careerA supportive, flexible and family-oriented work environmentEmployee discounts on BMW,Porsche and Mercedes-Benz products and servicesIf you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we invite you to apply for the Service Advisor - Mercedes-Benz position.
