About the role:Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Working within Mercedes-Benz policies, guidelines and standardsProvide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop.Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have.Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers.Be a team player, liaising with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first.
