Service Administrator (F/M/X)

Anton Paar will establish a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina starting on January 2025. Therefore, we are looking for someone to join our team as Service Administrator.
As Service Administrator, you are a key part of the Service team and responsible for ensuring a smooth service administration process.
Responsibilities:Handling the CRM Service system as well as the SAP system and complying to the general processes definedProcessing service orders, from quotations to invoices, as well as service contracts from customers.Promoting warranty extensions, preventive maintenance and/or service contracts by contacting customers actively.Supporting service people in all the processes, but NOT taking care of technical issues.Managing service technicians' agendas and scheduling appointments with customersSupporting service marketing activities to promote contracts.Supporting materials management for contract service.Conducting other administrative tasks related to office management.Scanning documents and archiving them in SAP.Efficient email/phone correspondence with customers.Requirements:Administrative / business education and know-howPreferably experience with SAP/CRMStrong quantitative and analytical abilities as well as excellent PC skillsVery good command of English (oral and written)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to think in processes, to work independently and responsibly within a small teamStrong commitment to customer satisfactionWillingness to learnExperience in working with an international company advantageousWe offer you:Anton Paar Argentina offers you a unique and rewarding position within an innovative and growing company.
