The Role Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 6AM-3PM Central European Time 1PM-10PM Asia/Manila 11PM-8AM Central Standard Time Salary Range: 1000-2000 USD (subject to evaluation of experience and skill level) As a Senior Webflow Developer at Growmodo, your mission is to lead and execute our most complex Webflow projects, ensuring they are optimized for search engine performance and user engagement.
You'll use your expertise in Webflow, SEO, and Google Analytics to deliver high-impact web experiences that drive results.
Key Responsibilities Lead Webflow Projects: Oversee and direct complex Webflow projects, ensuring they meet high standards and are optimized for SEO and user experience.
Innovative Design: Design responsive websites using Webflow, integrating custom codes, APIs, and SEO best practices to enhance search engine ranking and user engagement.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing before launch, monitor post-launch performance using Google Analytics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize SEO and user experience.
Project Management: Develop and execute detailed project plans, coordinate with marketing and content teams, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Mentorship: Mentor and train junior developers, with a focus on upskilling in SEO and analytics-driven website optimization.
Must-Haves: Experience: Multiple years of in-depth experience with Webflow and modern web technologies, with a strong focus on SEO strategies.
Proven Track Record: A portfolio showcasing successful high-profile Webflow projects with demonstrable improvements in SEO and website performance.
Effectiveness: Proficient in Client-First principles and using Relume for efficient and scalable Webflow development.
Figma-to-Webflow: Skilled in using the Figma-to-Webflow plugin to streamline design-to-development workflows.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams, including teams focused on SEO and web analytics.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and technical SEO aspects such as schema markup, meta tags, and link building.
Data-Driven: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of using Google Analytics to guide website optimization decisions.
Nice-to-Haves: GSAP Expertise: Familiarity with GSAP for creating animations and interactive elements.
JavaScript & 3rd-Party Tools: Ability to work with intensive JavaScript and third-party tools like Memberstack, Jetboost, and other related plugins.
SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
