As UX Designer your responsibilities will include:Experience in creating design concepts, user flows, wireframesCommunicate effectively in a cross-functional team, creating and leading presentations to designers, engineers, clients and other stakeholders in writing, in person, or over video chat.Finalize product specifications for delivery to engineers and refine specs based on feedback from a variety of stakeholdersCreate prototypes and clear, organized related documentation in FigmaMaintain well-organized design documentation and delivery files (including within Figma files as well as complimentary documentation outside of Figma)Define interaction layers, patterns and components around themBe a champion for our culture and values.
Your experience will include: Minimum 5-6 years of experience working as a UX/Product Designer at a high, international levelPrevious experience using Material Design System is a plus.A stellar portfolio and experience with tech clients, and exceptional attention to detail.Expertise experience and knowledge creating components, component instances, styles, and libraries in Figma, as well as experience prototyping in Figma.Expert-level skills with Figma, Google products, and the Adobe Suite and experience collaborating through shared documents and presenting work remotely, as well as in person.Demonstrable experience interfacing with Front End Engineers, and cross-functional UX teams to align on established design system components.Ability to collaborate and present work clearly and effectively to communicate your thinking to help stakeholders to make decisions.An understanding of data-privacy and accessibility standards, and an advocate for inclusive design principles.Knowledge around heuristics and UCD best practices and principles.Creative problem-solving skills to tackle complex creative problems and bring new ideas to life.
