As a UX Researcher and Designer for b2c products, you will: Plan and conduct user research and market analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities Create and test prototypes and wireframes to validate design concepts and assumptions Conduct usability testing.
Implement and iterate on your design solutions based on user feedback and best practices Design user interfaces and interactions that are intuitive, engaging, and effective ? Interpret data and qualitative feedback for an evidence-based design ? Communicate and present your research findings and design decisions to various audiences Create user stories, personas, and storyboards Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency and implement design solutions Determine information architecture and create sitemap To qualify for this role, you should have: Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX researcher and designer (or similar role) Portfolio of UX research and design projects that blows us away Proficient in UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD (you can make anything look good) Proficient in UX research methods and tools (you know your way around surveys, interviews, observations, etc.)
Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Ability to work independently and in a team (you can fly solo or with a flock) To rock this role, you should have: Customer-centric and user-focused mindset.
