Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: This role is responsible for leading the project management of the Mono Branded Retail Portfolio, Own Retail and Franchise in Argentina, supporting the development and execution of consumer relevant retail store projects, and ensuring the achievement of key milestones in set timeframes for cost-efficient and timely store openings.

Key Responsibilities: Support Store Development counterparts, internal and external partners, during the development and execution process of new stores and remodels (build out, concepts adaptation, alternative materials & solutions, consultation).
Support design and layout process and interact with third party agencies. Track and improve processes, consolidate learnings to leverage execution. Adapt and develop guidelines for new and existing concepts, train stakeholders to ensure consistency. Communicate with inbound and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction works, furniture, fittings, and accessories for both channels store openings. Manage and monitor order placement for fixtures, fittings, and accessories. Track shipments, monitor payments. Analyze quotations and Retail Development KPIs to prepare reports and presentations. Key Relationships: Store Development country teams VM / Retail Marketing Knowledge Skills and Abilities: University degree or equivalent education required. Experience in Project Management. Good communication skills. Advanced skills in MS Office, Power BI, and Smartsheet. Good analytical skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. Experienced in Store Development.
