Senior Software Engineer - Remote | PayerPricePayerPrice, a US-based healthcare technology startup, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Remote. What will you do? Build and implement products for PayerPrice's customers.Develop internal tools and systems that power and scale the business.Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and achieve cost savings as the tech stack scales.Collaborate with the Product team to iteratively improve products for customers.Provide mentorship to engineers on best practices when necessary.Advocate for best-in-class technology and tools to improve the development experience.Contribute to operational excellence.What will you bring on day one? 5+ years of software development experience beyond education and internships.2+ years of remote experience working with a US-based, Silicon Valley tech company.Expertise in both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on the backend.Familiarity with React, Nodejs, TypeScript, Python, and Golang; direct experience with these is a plus.Experience with relational databases and SQL.Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.Effective interpersonal and English communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities.Experience with DevOps tools like CI/CD and Elasticsearch is a plus.Experience with cloud services like EC2, S3, and Kubernetes is a plus.Their stack: React, Nodejs, Typescript, Postgres, Python, Golang, Google Cloud, AWS.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.Previous experience working at an American technology company.Location: Remote. Monday-Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
