As a Senior FE engineer, you'll own the company knowledge management console and virtual assistant SDK. You'll work closely with the rest of the Search & Assist unit to deliver best-in-class generative chatbots and virtual assistants. You'll also help create the Assist SDK that is used to power all Dialpad's virtual assistants. In addition, you'll help knowledge managers improve and train chatbots.
This position reports to our Search & Assist, Engineering Director, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office.
What you'll do [i,e., Responsibilities] Own most of the chatbot related UI/UXMake data-informed decisions on how to facilitate chatbot administrationPartner with product designers to explore new features and make them part of our offeringResearch ways to improve human-chatbot interactions and ways to facilitate chatbot administrationSkills you'll bring [i,e., Qualifications] Bachelor's degree in computer science or higher.At least +6 years of frontend development experience.Experience in Vue or equivalent frameworksExperience with TypescriptExperience in building scalable and responsive data rich applications, including pagination, infinite scrolling and data wiz.Clear understanding of how distributed systems works with particular focus on client-server architectures, push notifications, rest apis, websocketsGood understanding of testing frameworks and automation.
