Senior Salesforce Developer

Descripción breve We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership and ensure high-quality code and architecture.
In this role, you will lead code reviews, develop unit tests, and address technical challenges by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
You will collaborate closely with team members, scrum masters, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and provide guidance on best practices.
Responsibilities: Conduct code reviews, develop unit tests, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and align with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality code and architecture.
Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce components.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and work with CI/CD tools for automated building, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills: Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
Experience in code reviews and unit testing .
Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools .
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
