We're seeking to hire a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Zinovo LATAM team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to drive operational excellence and enhance customer relationship management. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to: Work with all stakeholders to define boundaries or requirements to ensure the platform is designed to the customer's specifics. The main role is enabling users to gain the most from their Salesforce user experience.Understand the partnership/relationship between Zinovo and Salesforce to make the Salesforce platform work to meet Zinovo's needs.Work alongside the Delivery Lead and team to assist in efficiency and stay on top of tasks while monitoring successes and the temperature of customer relationships.Maintain the platform for the client to a superb level, easing the technicality for all users.Address general Salesforce usage and "how to" questions, user navigation guidance, password resets, new user setup, new list views and updates, reports and file content folders access, and log and monitor cases open with Salesforce Support.Stay relevant on all of Salesforce's new tools, capabilities, and updates.Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related technical field.Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (verifiable).Specialized skills: Salesforce, Business Process, Data management and validation, System Administration, Troubleshooting.A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.Interested in developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations.You'll contribute to enhancing our culture; highly motivated; you have an intense work ethic; maniacally organized; independent and an outside thinker.You're a person who appreciates feedback and direction, yet you are a self-starter who can run on their own ideas.You are a wizard with organization and multi-tasking.
