About the Role:
A rapidly expanding U.S. dermatology organization with nearly 100 locations nationwide is seeking an expert Senior Salesforce Admin for their Salesforce platform, to support both their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Recruiting operations.
The primary focus is on Salesforce administration and data structure implementation. Experience with Salesforce plug-in tools like RollupHelper to manage complex data relationships (e.g., identifying connections between practices and doctors during M&A activities) is critical. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) would be considered a major plus (but not required). The company's Salesforce instance data structure strategy is well-documented, and the hiring company requires a proven expert with the expertise to execute and maintain it effectively while ensuring seamless operations.
This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration: Implement the documented Salesforce data structure strategy, including workflows, validation rules, and automations.Use tools like RollupHelper to manage complex data relationships (e.g., identifying connections between practices and doctors during M&A activities).Ensure Recruiting and M&A activities are tracked and do not conflict within the Salesforce system.Data & Process Management: Optimize existing data models and workflows to support business processes.Troubleshoot and resolve any Salesforce-related issues that arise.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Marketing Cloud (Nice to Have): Assist in integrating Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud for enhanced marketing and communication efforts.Support Marketing Cloud operations, including journey building, automations, and data management.Help ensure alignment between Marketing and M&A/Recruiting activities.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with advanced skills in managing Salesforce environments.Familiarity with Salesforce tools like RollupHelper and the ability to handle light logic programming.Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, relationships, and best practices, with experience translating business requirements into functional, logical, and data model implementations.Bonus: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey builder, automations, and data extensions.Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and an introductory video in English format.
