Responsibilities: Perform thorough interviews and evaluations for managerial and senior-level applicants, employing advanced interviewing techniques and assessment instruments. Collaborate with our research team to devise creative sourcing strategies, ensuring a steady stream of highly qualified candidates. Stay abreast of market trends and recruitment technologies to incorporate industry best practices into talent acquisition. Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor recruitment metrics, striving for continual improvement in the recruitment process. Receive commission for successfully matching candidates to positions. Requirements Proven experience in recruitment, either in a Human Resources department or at a recruitment firm. A track record of successfully identifying and evaluating talent for managerial and senior-level positions. Demonstrates proactive and independent behavior, exhibiting qualities such as energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness. Possesses operational management experience along with a strategic problem-solving approach. Exhibits a professional demeanor that can impress clients and partners globally. Enjoys engaging with new companies and individuals on a global scale, while also being adept at promoting and selling solutions and services.

Qualifications Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field Proven experience of at least 5 years in recruitment Experience in negotiation is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
