Your key responsibilities
Being a key figure in our procurement functionality, you will manage all incoming inquiries from internal clients and suppliers.
Your tasks will cover a variety of areas-from process and policy aspects to system queries, utilizing ServiceNow to manage tickets efficiently, providing prompt and effective resolution.
Skills and attributes for success
Carry out initial-level support for both client employees and suppliers using ServiceNow, addressing questions from vendors and stakeholders regarding purchasing transactions (ex.
Requisitions, POs, catalogs, etc.).
- Root cause analysis and aiding in resolution development.
- Proactively communicating with contacts and providing detailed information to requesters.
- Foster collaborative relationships across Procurement teams and business stakeholders.
- Advise business stakeholders on procurement regulations and processes to boost compliance.
- Cooperate closely with stakeholders, Accounts Payable and other Procurement teams to address irregularities in purchasing processes.
- Provide expert advice on the most appropriate purchase channels.
- Analyze reporting from ticketing systems to identify potential improvements.
- Encourage continuous improvement to foster process excellence, to speed up response times and to ensure adherence to procurement regulations.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Advanced fluency in English and Spanish.
- At least 2 years of purchasing or procurement working experience.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, or other similar ticketing tools.
- Sharpened analytical skills with structured and logical problem-solving approach.
- Ability to adapt effectively to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid changes.
