What you will do
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals;
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients,
and development teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations;
- Own and prioritize product backlogs, refining user stories and ensuring that the development team has clear goals and priorities;
- Drive Agile practices within the team, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives;
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to mitigate delays or issues;
- Ensure the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing resource allocation and timelines;
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to ensure the product meets user and business requirements.
Must haves
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years in a Product Owner role;
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience leading Agile teams;
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with a track record of delivering on time and within scope;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;
- Solid experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools;
- Ability to prioritize and manage backlogs, define user stories, and align project goals with business needs;
- Technical understanding to collaborate with development teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications;
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) or product-driven environment;
- Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO);
- Experience with enterprise-level clients or working within large organizations;
- Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools for smoother collaboration between development and operations teams;
- Experience in user experience (UX) or working closely with UX/UI teams;
- Familiarity with budget management and financial tracking for project portfolios;
- Experience with international or remote teams across different time zones.
