REQUIREMENTS 6+ years of professional experienceAdvanced proficiency in EnglishMust have practical experience managing Fixed Price/Bid contracts, including defining project duration, overseeing teams of specialists, and successfully leading multiple project releases or deliveriesHighly advantageous to have a background in insuranceExperience in overseeing projects of medium to large scale (15+ team members)Strong understanding of SDLCProficient understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile)Familiarity with Waterfall methodology and PMBOK guideThorough understanding of IT systems and project life cyclesDemonstrated knowledge of project management principles and financial aspects is favourableCompetent in project management tools such as JIRA and BugTrackerOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsPossession of relevant professional certificationsRESPONSIBILITIES Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the projectDevelop, maintain and effectively execute project plan throughout the project life. Ensure timely revision of project plan to meet changing needs and requirementsPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones, review deliverables and milestones prepared by teamForecast, track and manage project budgets, ensure timely invoicingDefine, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverablesManage day-to-day operational aspects of projectPlan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverablesIdentify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risksServe as liaison between company and client for overall project and support activities.
