Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Process Industries in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.Creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality, timely implementation within the targeted cost.Coordinating with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured/staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.Coaching engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned from past projects.Qualifications for the roleDegree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.5 years of experience in electrical engineering, working in positions related to drive systems, motors, and control systems (OPTIONAL: working as a supervisor with a team or overseeing projects).Immersed in control and power systems, LV/MV Drives, LV Motors, PLC programming, and related technologies within the electrical or electronic engineering sector.Highly adept in programming LV/MV Drives, LV Motors, and PLC systems.At ease communicating in advanced English.Available to travel.More about usWe look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
