Description Professional Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the digitization and automation domain (preferably in finance/banking sectors) driving digital transformation and process improvements.Strong analytical skills and data analysis, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for senior leadership.Proven expertise in project management, particularly with Scrum or similar Agile methodologies, leading projects from concept to completion on time and within budget.Proven track record in leading RPA projects and other automation initiatives to significantly reduce manual processes and improve system efficiency.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, liaise with cross-functional teams, and align business and technology goals to achieve measurable outcomes.Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in CS/IT/Analytics or equivalent experience.Certifications in Project Management, RPA tools, cloud platforms, and Power Apps.OrganizationMercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited
