Overview:
As a Senior Program Manager for Business Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategic initiatives related to data analysis and interpretation within our Customer service organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for leveraging data analytics to achieve business objectives.Identify key performance metrics and establish benchmarks for measuring the success of analytics programs.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analytics to inform strategic decision-making.Project Management:
Lead and manage complex analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Product Owners, data scientists, IT professionals, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.Interpret analytical findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data collection, processing, and analysis methodologies.Stakeholder Engagement:
Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities.Present findings and insights to senior management and executive teams in a clear and compelling manner.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively based on business impact.Team Development:
Mentor and coach junior members of the analytics team, providing guidance on technical skills, project management, and professional development.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the analytics team. Qualifications Qualifications:
