As we grow fast, we're looking for a Product Designer to join the team who is as excited as we are to help build the customer experience for a large-scale product that provides a wide range of inspection services for known global brands.
Working closely with the team of skilled designers and engineers, you will:
Create scalable solutions for complex problems as well as simple for current needs. Independently analyze system capabilities, relations and technical constraints. Directly engage with stakeholders to gather design feedback and iterate on mock-ups. Improve user experience, validate assumptions, and evaluate design solutions. Take responsibility for deliveries, from concept to development hand-off, and provide subsequent support. Propose forward-looking concepts and/or feasible ideas. Learn from diverse functional groups specializing in design, engineering, business analysis, and business. Support and develop design systems that involve web, iOS, Android and tablets. Adhere to the design process, introduce new practices, and continually seek to improve ways of doing things. Requirements: 3+ years of digital interface visual and interaction design experience in delivering high-volume products, preferably experience with enterprise SaaS. Experience and deep knowledge in designing complex applications focused on data, decision-making, and exploration. You're a pragmatic, systematic, user-first thinker and problem solver with a passion for turning complex ideas into something simple, comprehensible, and pleasant. Able to understand complex relations, system capabilities and technical nuances. Tightly collaborate with the development team, supporting their needs and adhere to their knowledge and recommendations. You're organized, efficient and self-directed. With a strong knowledge of visual and technical accessibility and how it affects designs. Strong familiarity with web/mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions.
