:) What you will do Enjoy spending time solving problems at the detailed level, using the latest technical approaches, and have a strong understanding of data requirements and capabilities, functional usability, technical design, and software development; Provide innovative and insightful analysis that influences and guides our product teams and business stakeholders on how to improve our customer's online shopping experience; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights; Create and identify metrics from various sources to highlight patterns, trends, and opportunities; Help build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate ad hoc analysis and improve data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business; Work with business & technology stakeholders to identify solution options to achieve business objectives and drive consensus agreement with actionable steps.
Must haves Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience; Expertise in Google Analytics; Experience in creating dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, OR Looker Studio is required; Familiarity with FullStory would be a great advantage; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; A strong analytical mind that is customer-focused and has a strong understanding of customer experiences and preferences; Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams; Proficient in customer insight tools like FullStory, BizRate, or similar tools; Retail E-commerce experience preferred; Upper-intermediate English level.
