What you will do
- Enjoy spending time solving problems at the detailed level, using the latest technical approaches and have a strong understanding of data requirements and capabilities, functional usability,
technical design and software development;
- Provide innovative and insightful analysis that influences and guides our product teams and business stakeholders on how to improve our customer's online shopping experience;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights;
- Create and identify metrics from various sources to highlight patterns, trends, and opportunities;
- Help build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate ad hoc analysis and improve data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business;
Work with business & technology stakeholders to identify solution options that will achieve business objectives and drive consensus agreement with actionable steps.
Must haves
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical mind that is customer focused and has a strong understanding of customer experiences and preferences;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams;
- Proficient in customer insight tools like FullStory, BizRate, or similar tools;
- Retail Ecommerce experience preferred;
Upper-intermediate English level.
