Your missionJoin our team asan industry leader in eMobility services, where innovation and excellence drive our mission to revolutionize the driver journey. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Lead to take charge of our critical order-to-cash process, enhancing efficiency of our driver journey and delivering outstanding customer experiences. As the Senior Process Lead, you will own and develop one of our core business processes related to the driverjourney. Your role will involve functional leadership of process participants across the entire process chain, ensuring optimal task and resource allocation. You will steer core process performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and spearhead improvement initiatives. Develop and enhance our order-to-cash process with a focus on the driver journey, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction (Functionally) lead and coordinate process participants, ensuring efficient task and resource allocation, develop and grow the team alongside our business objectives Monitor and steer process performance against KPIs, identifying and driving improvement measures and optimize quality and cost to value throughout your process Act as a subject matter expert in operational excellence methodologies and best practices, be a focal point of process excellence within the organization Foster technical, procedural, and organizational improvements in collaboration with stakeholders from IT and business units Serve as a bridge between operations and other functional areas, facilitating cross-functional collaboration with teams such as IT, Product Management, Key Account Management, and Procurement Drive the standardization of process management, emphasizing automation, scalability, and transparency Define team goals aligned with company targets, ensuring adherence to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), implementing corrective actions as necessary Your profile Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field. At least 7- 10 years of experience in a leading role in Digital Services or FinTech fields with proven track record in steering and developing automated processes at scale Proven experience in Process Management, preferably in IT-driven organizations such as eCommerce, mobility, or service industries. Strong leadership skills and experience with the ability to manage complex environments and multiple stakeholders effectively. Excellent process and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation through a challenging IT and services environment. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative leadership approach. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a self-driven, structured, and analytical working style. Proficiency in MS Office, Atlassian Suite, and other relevant software applications as e.g.SAP S4 HANA.
