Responsibilities and more:
As a Senior .NET Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our development team while driving the technical vision and strategy for our .NET applications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of .NET applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of .NET developers, providing guidance on technical issues, code reviews, and professional development.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the development lifecycle of .NET projects, from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and contribute to the strategic planning of technology solutions.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and practices to improve team efficiency and product quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including QA, DevOps, and UX/UI teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team.
- In-depth knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus.
