What You'll DoStrategic Leadership: Lead the gMG and NMOSD planning process, including analysis, insights, forecasting, risk assessment, and resource prioritization, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Brand Development: Craft compelling brand positioning, narratives, and messaging that align with our patient-centric mission and drive measurable results.Marketing Execution: Design, implement, monitor, and optimize innovative marketing initiatives that set our brand apart in a driven marketplace.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with critical teams, ensuring alignment across Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Access, Diagnostics, and Patient Support Programs (PSP) to deliver on strategic goals.Agency & Partner Management: Lead relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution.Budget Accountability: Lead all aspects of and own the annual cross-functional expenses budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.Performance Insights: Present regular business reviews to senior leadership, focusing on revenue performance, brand critical metrics, and market trends.Compliance Champion: Uphold strict adherence to internal SOPs and policies, ensuring all initiatives meet the highest compliance standards.What You'll BringEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related scientific field.Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience with at least 3 years in Pharma/Biotech.Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to analyze market insights, plan strategically, and execute with excellence to achieve brand growth.Communication Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences, including senior leadership.Agility & Resilience: Thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and maintain a growth mindset.Team Leadership: High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, inclusive approach that drives team success.Cross-Functional Experience: Worked closely with teams in Market Access, Medical, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, PSP, and more.Execution Excellence: Expertise in project management, HCP promotion, brand management, and leading promotional budgets and external vendors.Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel as needed and occasionally work during evenings and weekends.Preferred Experience to Elevate Your CandidacyBackground in sales, professional education, CHE, digital marketing, rare diseases, or specialty care.Proficiency in French and English (bilingual).An MBA.How we work
