Senior Manager/ Vice President, Finance BusinessSenior Manager/ Vice President, Finance Business Partner (Spain) Reporting to the Arise CFO, this role will be as finance business partner to the business with responsibility to manage the execution of strategies and develop strategic long-term financial plans of specific business domains of Arise. Work closely with business team, build future-proof financial models, underpinned by the right business models, for the key business domains supported; Manage the budgeting process and financial forecast for the business domains. Provide management with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor business KPIs and financial results, enabling key strategic decision-making; Work closely with various finance teams (FP&A, back-end finance support functions) to support various deliverables from the big finance team.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance required, with a CPA, ACCA or CFA certification as an additional plusMinimum 8 years of experience in a multinational company, with relevant experience in e-commerce or retail business and working experience in Spain is preferredStrong business analysis and financial modelling skillsSolid knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and solid technical accounting skillsExcellent English and Spanish, both written and spokenAble to work collaboratively with others across various business environments, cultures and teamsExcellent presentation, communication and influencing skillsAbility to communicate with top management
