Master's Degree preferred in a relevant discipline such as Environmental Management, Sustainable Agriculture, or Business Administration with a focus on sustainability.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in regenerative agriculture, sustainability, public affairs, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in designing and managing projects related to regenerative agriculture, environmental impact, or sustainability.
Proven track record in developing and executing strategies that drive significant environmental, social, and economic outcomes.
Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with stakeholders, industry leaders, and funding organizations.
Strong background in managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on measurable outcomes and resource optimization.
Demonstrated ability to identify, secure, and manage funding sources that support strategic goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant software and platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and convey
information to diverse audiences.
