Description
- Lead transformation in a cross-functional manner in alignment with company strategy and the interest of the end-customer as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible to identify business process enhancement opportunities, user demands, create actionable goals and execute high-impact changes or improvements with proper change management
- Work with management team to defining overall company strategy and develop strategic initiatives; responsible to communicate and implement strategic initiatives as well as measure effectiveness of the implementation
- Govern business processes to make sure the alignment of local regulations and company internal policies as well as in charge in regular internal control committee and conduct regular internal audits
Qualifications
Education -Master Degrees in Business management, law or similar
Experience -At least 7 years of work experience in finance and banking industries. automotive financial services preferred
-Experience in one or more of the following functions: business transformation, strategy development, project management, process improvement, digital transformation, business controls or internal audit a plus
-Knowledge of business processes in automotive financial services industries
-Experience in companywide strategy development and implementation
-Track record to drive transformational and innovation; challenges status quo
-Complex project management experiences with ability lead in collaborative way and drive results across the processes
-Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship management skill to influence key stakeholders
-Able to present complex topics in a clear and concise way
-Leadership experience with ability to lead, coach, develop and inspire high performance teams
