We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR LAWYER to be in Buenos Aires - Argentina. Purpose: Seasoned attorney who is an individual contributor and works independently with minimal supervision by a more experienced attorney. Advises on legal and compliance matters within their area of subject matter expertise. Advises on the development of business policies, practices, and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You will be responsible for: Advises on legal issues and compliance requirements within their area of expertise to ensure that the organization's business policies, practices, and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.Leads meetings to provide legal advice and responds to requests for legal and business advice within their area of expertise, under the supervision of a more senior lawyer.Structures, drafts, negotiates and/or approves legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies, and other legal documents.Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with the team.Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience in general counsel roles.Deep understanding of the corporate environment; experience in multinational companies is preferred.Experience in intellectual property and patents is a plus.Strong autonomy and leadership skills.Decision-making abilities.Proficient in working within interdisciplinary teams.Excellent relationship-building skills with high-level stakeholders.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an additional advantage.Primary Location Organization Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
