Position Summary: The Sr. Key Account Manager (KAM) will manage all sales activities and relationships with Modern Trade accounts to increase top line sales, develop the category, and lead the Monster Bev Corp Portfolio to be the most relevant player in the industry. He will be accountable for volume, promotional activities, Monster Energy brands, and category development within chains from the following channels: National and Regional Groceries, Drug Stores, Gas Stations, Modern Trade Wholesalers, and Convenience Stores.

Essential Job Functions: Meet and exceed volume and market share objectives. Manage channel promo calendar according to annual budget plan at the right price calendar and frequency. Collaborate and coordinate with distributor/bottler(s) in negotiating with Key Account buyers to maximize sales distribution, vertical and horizontal distribution, new product listing, point of sale placement, consumer promotion programs, and additional displays execution within the trade spend budget. Work with Distributor/bottler(s) sales team to expand new distribution. Monitor and coach training distributor merchandiser team to ensure in-store compliance and develop incentive programs to increase in-store display. Sales and sales planning experience in a retail, wholesalers, and distributor sales environment. Proven knowledge of distributor and retail customer. Able to work independently while being a team player. Understanding the business, multitasking / hands-on. Computer skills. Nielsen knowledge. Fluent in country/regional language(s) and English preferred.
