We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join the team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of internal processes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
What are the main challenges?
- Review business cycles to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare, present,
and manage reports for the leadership team, providing analysis and recommendations for decision-making.
- Verify compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Implement and oversee internal controls on the trading desk, ensuring the proper execution of financial transactions.
- Oversee the Administration, Accounting, and Back Office departments.
- Manage external audits, facilitating communication and the exchange of information.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, collaborating with other teams to implement corrective actions and optimize processes.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- A completed university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Analytical skills to identify improvements and mitigate risks.
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
