Description:We build and maintain internal applications for a worldwide tech company based in Los Angeles. These are high-availability applications to support different company processes.
The team's framework is based on empowerment and ownership, where each feature requirement is assigned to a team member who is responsible for it during the complete software development lifecycle.
Requirements:Proficient working with ReactJSProficient in JavaStrong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.Strong knowledge of Semantic HTML.Experience working with GITExperience working with GradleExperience working with Python will be a major plus.At least an Upper-Intermediate English level.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with low supervision.Must demonstrate a hands-on attitude, attention to detail and results orientation.Ability to understand business requirements and convert them to technical solutions.Good knowledge of the continuous deployment and integration process.Ability to ramp-up quickly, is proactive, and takes ownership.Should be comfortable adapting to changing requirements and design.Job Responsibilities:Write high-quality and maintainable React code and write tests (Jest) for their features.Write high-quality Java code and write tests for their features.Experience with a complete lifecycle of software development, from design to productionisation.Conduct E2E tests for their assigned features.Ensure quality and that the delivery dates of their assigned features are met.Work independently with Product Owners to confirm and polish business requirements.Report and mitigate potential risks and deviations in time.Optimize applications to maximize speed and scale.Coordinate less experienced team members collaborating with their assigned features.Troubleshoot the framework/CI/env issues and fix them.What We OfferExciting Projects: Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
