This position is for a Finance Lead for our Argentina office within the Latin America region. Responsibilities include financial management, client finance, project and resource management and office management.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Responsible for US GAAP financial reporting to Regional and Corporate offices;Responsible for maintenance of the local books, their accuracy, and completeness;Responsible for all local filings in compliance with local tax laws and regulations;Treasury management;Review monthly fees and expenses, internal and client–related;Develop internal operating budgets, projections, and forecasts;Drive profitability by working with unit's management and account teams to improve client and resource management;Assist account teams in pricing and developing client budgets;Communicate with clients regarding billing, accounts receivables, and budgets;Facilitate monthly billing;Work with account teams on client budgets, revenue analysis, and project audits;Review management reports, including missing time, over/(under) service, utilization and client profitability;Identify and communicate areas of concern and work with account staff to reach targeted metrics;Ensure account staff compliance with company policies including ethics policies, revenue recognition, job requisitions, time entry, travel and expense policies, accounts receivable and payable;Assist in account staff training on internal systems, procedures, and project management skills;Ensure all paperwork is in line with legal requirements and company policy;Assist in office management.Basic Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration;At least 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance and/or related fields;Fluent English - direct report to Latam CFO and Local General Manager.Preferred Qualifications;Experience in Smart Sheets, Adaptive reporting, Power BI, financial statement analysis, and international accounting are all a plus. Other qualifications include: Detail-oriented with analytic comprehension;Strong organizational skills;Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently;Ability to work independently;Appropriate handling of confidential information at all times; High level of integrity.
