Your 'day to day'
• Be constantly in touch with other Finance´s groups, including global and regional Operational finance´s teams;
• Maintain and review the cost of materials, complying with internal and external requirements, P&P and Sox controls, supporting the business;
• Advice and support business areas and IT in new initiatives and solutions deployments ensuring business continuity;
• Analyze, reconcile, and report inventory accounts related to Tobacco, Non-tobacco, finished goods, spare parts and other related categories;
• Perform pre-closing and month end closing analysis, control of process orders, analysis of deviations and trends by SKU;
• Calculation and follow up of accruals related to manufacturing process;
• Perform inventory adjustments related to differences from stocks counts.
Who we're looking for
• Strong accounting and analytical skills, to be able to adhere to tight deadlines with strong attention to details;
• Solid experience in Accounting;
• Public Account or similar University degree is mandatory;
• Advanced level of Excel;
• Fluency in English is a must;
• Knowledge of SAP;
• Agile to learn on the fly within changing environment and growing department.
