Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.
As a Senior Associate, you will have the tasks of: Provide support to our internal users around the world. Work with many different support teams on a daily basis. Evaluate incidents and service requests, troubleshoot and resolve them. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or a student of any engineering or related career). 2 years of application support experience. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a global setting. Proficiency in ServiceNow or other IT service management tools is a plus. Certification in ITIL or other relevant change management frameworks is a plus. Advanced spoken and written English is a must. SQL knowledge is required to troubleshoot incidents and build reports. Understand the importance of having correct information management.
