Senior Experience Designer

ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our team in Buenos Aires.

ABOUT CLIENT
Our client is one of the largest insurance brokers in the world, working in the insurance business domain and providing risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and investment banking solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 5+ years of experience in Product Design
2. Prior experience with enterprise projects
3. Strong skills in prototyping, user interviews, in-field studies, any types of qualitative and quantitative research, incl. usability tests, etc
4. Deep understanding of the Design Thinking approach and mindset
5. Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead, guide,
and monitor design processes and approaches for solving the problem, and leading others toward that solution in cross-functional meetings
2. Contribute to the modeling of solution backlog
3. Prepare and conduct presentations of UX deliverables for different audiences (internal and external stakeholders, clients, project teams)
4. Conduct user research sessions (in-home, in-office, user testing, diary studies), and derive meaningful insights through analysis
5. Structure content, develop taxonomies, craft navigation, and formulate other activities that make information accessible, usable, and understandable
6. Produce structural design of a software interface, supporting a user's own through a system and ability to successfully interact
7. Apply knowledge of color, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand expression that present the product or service in a way that is clear and approachable and appropriately exhibits personality
