Objective: To provide administrative support to the Project Team Lead. Liaise with Senior Project Manager and other staff to obtain information for special projects; Source internal and external documents; Maintain confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence, statistics and related material for ease of retrieval; Coordinate meetings including sending calendar invites, booking meeting rooms and equipment, as well as catering (if required); Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes; Use automated office systems to facilitate project research and meet work deadlines; Filing – both hard and soft copies, maintain a register for easy reference. Minimum Requirements: Previous administrative experience in a professional business environment. Industry Specific Experience: 6+ years of industry specific administrative/secretarial experience. Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Post secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
Miscellaneous leadership courses. HSE Capability: Is aware of, adheres to, supports and promotes all HSE policies and procedures. IT Skills: Proficient with several software applications particularly MS Office including Word, Excel. People Skills: Strong communication and proven leadership skills. Other: Experience in specialized practices and/or procedures within a company environment.
