Senior Electrical Engineer Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team.
This is a dual role requiring both client management ("seller-doer") and project design responsibilities.
You will play a pivotal role in leading, managing, and executing electrical engineering tasks for a diverse portfolio of projects, including electrification, battery electric vehicle charging systems, transit facilities, academic institutions, and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities: Develop proposals and project fees.
Manage project portfolios and oversee project execution.
Perform engineering design and production for medium voltage systems and power distribution.
Provide guidance and training to junior engineers.
Certify and seal project work professionally.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications: Required: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
15+ years of electrical engineering experience in the consulting industry.
Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Compensation: Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 (can go up to $155,000 for exceptional candidates).
Bonus potential: 10%.
