Define the local/regional strategy and develop the plan to maximize the business opportunity with the Bottler's Senior/Regional.Manage the day-to-day operations of the franchise including marketing, commercial, and financial; execute strategies with bottling partners; cooperate with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; review and implement revenue growth opportunities/solutions.Lead the execution of Strategic Business Priorities, by empowering Bottler's Senior/Regional Leadership Teams.Act with discipline to ensure decision making and results tracking to effective management routines across different levels (Senior, functional, workstreams).Deep market understanding to ensure correct decision making and strategy adjustments/improvements as necessary.Manage relationships with specific stakeholders i.e. shareholders and senior bottler management.Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.Experience
10 - 15 years within Coca Cola System minimum or within the Industry. Desired Marketing and Commercial experience. Recommended Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional and On Premise channel).
