Senior Developer With Python & Php

Location: Remote from Norway We are seeking a proactive Senior Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Python and PHP, capable of making and standing by significant technical decisions.
This role will involve close collaboration with the Chief Architect, serving as a sparring partner with the eventual goal of moving into an Architect role.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Chief Architect to shape and execute technical strategies.
Lead and support the development team in building and enhancing platform-independent solutions.
Take ownership of key technical decisions and provide leadership on architecture-related matters.
Transition into an Architect role over time, contributing to long-term technical planning.
Requirements: 5-8 years of solid experience in both Python and PHP development.
Proven ability to make independent, significant technical decisions.
Desire to grow into an Architect role.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a distributed team environment.
No strict requirements for education or specific cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Nice to Have: A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Experience working in distributed teams and a high degree of flexibility for remote work.
Work Environment: Flexible remote working options, with opportunities to work from the Lysaker office if desired.
