Basic Qualifications: - Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is ideal, with a focus on customer journey analysis, such as checkout processes and customer feedback. - Familiarity with multiple tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), including CRM systems and platforms like Shopify, demonstrating versatility in handling diverse technologies. - Strong ability to work with clean, high-quality data, but also comfortable navigating and building complex data models to extract meaningful insights efficiently - Ability to identify pain points and areas where the company is losing customers, providing actionable insights to improve retention. - Capable of implementing innovative solutions and "hacks" to optimize customer experiences and improve processes. - Experience working across various industries or domains, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the role. - Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, reflecting reliability and dedication. - Comfortable being the first hire in this area, requiring minimal guidance and showing initiative to build frameworks and strategies independently. - Bonus if experienced in working with teams across different time zones, showing adaptability and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Measure, track, and analyze operations efficiency, identify trends, work with stakeholders to understand root causes, and translate learnings into actionable insights. - Build, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards and present insights to business partners and executive leadership. - Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to build datasets, conduct robust analyses, and translate data into actionable insights. - Work closely with other data partners to scale our client's data ecosystem and enable cross-functional projects.
