Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay RYZ Labs is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join one of our clients working in the hospitality industry. This Analyst will sit within the Data and Analytics team within the larger Product org of our client. This is a high-impact role where you will get to partner with Guest Service Leaders to help define KPIs and own measurement and analysis of operations metrics. This includes analyzing, testing, and building dashboards to monitor GGS operations performance, as well as identifying new opportunities for cost optimization and providing actionable recommendations to improve the guest experience. As a Senior Analyst, you will work cross-functionally to define key metrics and measures of success, work with the data engineering teams to build and ensure quality tracking, and use a variety of data sources to build tools and uncover insights that drive key business decisions. Basic Qualifications: - Results-oriented individual with the ability to identify dependencies, and leverage multiple sources of information at once - 4+ years of experience in an analytics role at a public or high-growth start-up - Advanced skills in SQL with the ability to write complex and optimized queries - Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools - Experience with experiment design and statistical test analysis - Experience in Python and/or R is a big plus - Previous experience in Contact Center analytics is preferred but not required - Ability to prioritize and respond to analytics requests in a fast-paced environment - Intellectually curious and excited to learn Key Responsibilities: - Measure, track, and analyze operations efficiency, identify trends, work with stakeholders to understand root causes, and translate learnings into actionable insights. - Build, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards and present insights to business partners and executive leadership. - Formulate success metrics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our client's Global Guest Service systems and processes. - Provide strategic insights into inbound and outbound interactions - Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to build datasets, conduct robust analyses, and translate data into actionable insights for Contact Center performance. - Work closely with other data partners (eg. Data PMs, BI, and Data Engineers, etc.) to scale our client's data ecosystem and enable cross-functional projects.
