Our Group is expanding, and we're looking for a Senior Corporate Lawyer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This position will be client facing and require fluent English, great interpersonal skills, and a high level of proactivity.
The candidate will provide legal advice and guidance, manage the company's legal matters, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate and labor law, excellent communication and organizational skills, experience leading teams, and the ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
As Senior Corporate Lawyer, the candidate will ensure compliance with operational standards aligning all activities with the BLH Group objectives and maintaining high standards of execution and impact. Additionally, the role involves managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes.
