We are looking for a SeniorConsultant to join our Consulting team.

Participating in consultingprojects by conducting survey interviews, analyzinginsights, making improvement recommendations, designingengagement models and analytical models.
Managing and leading Consultantsand Analysts within the project team.
Coordinating comprehensiveindustry trend and best practice research for key accountdevelopment.
Contributing to the businessdevelopment process by coordinating preparation of serviceproposals and participating in interactions withclients.
Developing new content to expandthe service portfolio.
Actively participating in thesearch for new candidates for the company, leading theConsultant and Analyst recruitment process.
Requirements Whoare we looking for? Professionals with

At least 3 years of workexperience in similar positions(Mandatory).
Graduates in IndustrialEngineering, Economic Sciences, or related fields(Mandatory).
Advanced English proficiency(Mandatory).
Proficiency in Office Package:Excel and PowerPoint - Advanced(Mandatory).
Knowledge of analysis tools:Power BI or Tableau (Desirable).
Highavailability to travel (for periods of up tothree months).
