The Compliance Support Analyst provides essential support to the Compliance Portfolio Leader in managing compliance and audit processes for a designated portfolio of applications. This role assists in audit preparation, evidence collection, compliance monitoring, and the remediation of findings. The Compliance Support Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all applications meet internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall goal of maintaining continuous compliance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: - Audit Support: Preparation, coordination, and documentation of internal and external audits.
- Compliance Monitoring: Oversight and tracking of application compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
- Remediation and Follow-up: Development of remediation plans and tracking of progress.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, Security, and other departments.
- Reporting and Documentation: Preparation of reports and maintenance of records.
Key Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Information Security, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in compliance, audit support, or risk management.
- Technical Skills: Compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001), Microsoft Office Suite, basic project management tools.
