This role will have the challenge of supporting the tactical management of the Gen AI program and process improvements opportunities.
Principal Responsibilities
• Support the tactical management on the change strategy. Propose new pathways for GenAI tools and processes, develop communications materials for delivery teams.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and or bottlenecks to improve performance.
• Administration of licenses and accesses of Gen AI.
Job Requirements and Preferences Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor Degree
Minimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ): 3 year(s)
Required Knowledge/Skills (BQ): Oral and written proficiency in English required.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration/Management
Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following: More than 5 years in the IT industry, with the last 3 years working as Business Analyst; Experience with project tracking and reporting tools; Strong communication skills; and, Experience with ADO and reporting tools will be a plus.
